AARON LAZAR I met Aaron about a year ago without knowing much about him. My fault entirely as I was relatively new to New York and not overly familiar with Broadway and its stars. Aaron was looking for a place to record vocals for an album project he was working on and we were put together by my friend and cowriter, Jeff Cohen. It was only after doing a bit of homework on my own that I realized Aaron had a remarkable musical resume. Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Aaron now lives in New York City where he has quickly moved up the Broadway ranks starring in "Light in the Piazza" and portraying Enjolras in the Broadway revival of "Les Miserables." His confident tenor and strong stage presence make him a truly dynamic live performer. Interested in broadening the scope of his career, Aaron is currently working on a classical crossover recording project that showcases the depth and breadth of his vocal talent. Keep your eyes (and ears) open for Aaron's music and look for him this fall starring in the Broadway musical "A Tale of Two Cities."
